Who is FlexBI for?
FlexBI is for organisations that use the Microsoft ecosystem and need dependable senior data capacity without recruiting a full internal team. Start with Power BI support and grow into complete Microsoft Fabric platform ownership.
What is the difference between Essentials, Pro and Elite?
Essentials covers Power BI and data analysis. Pro adds Fabric data engineering, including pipelines, integrations, Lakehouses and Warehouses. Elite adds end-to-end ownership of Fabric and supporting Azure services, including governance, monitoring, CI/CD and advanced analytics.
Are Microsoft licences and Fabric capacity included?
No. Prices cover professional services and reserved delivery capacity. Microsoft licences, Fabric capacity, Azure consumption and third-party services remain in your organisation's tenant and are billed separately by their providers.
How do we get started?
We begin with a short introduction and a review of your data landscape, priorities and Microsoft environment. Together we choose the right coverage level and agree how requests will be prioritised.
Who will work on our platform?
Farhang Dehzad is your senior point of contact and works directly on your Power BI, Fabric and Azure environment. Specialist capacity can be added through a trusted network while keeping one clear line of responsibility.
What if we need more capacity?
Additional capacity is scoped before work starts. You can add a separate delivery block or move to a plan with broader coverage, keeping timing and cost clear.
What happens to our assets if we stop?
Everything is developed in your own Microsoft tenant wherever possible. Your reports, models, notebooks, pipelines, documentation and configurations remain yours, with an orderly handover when the service ends.
